What exactly is this bed?

Which size do I need?
Measure him nose to tail while he is lying stretched out on his side, then add six inches. That is your minimum length. Dogs sprawl more than they curl, so if you are between sizes, size up. My dog is old and stiff. Will this help him get up?
A firm, supportive surface gives a dog something to push off, where a soft collapsed bed gives him nothing. Most owners notice the difference in the morning first.
This is a comfort and support product, not a medical treatment. If your dog is in pain, please see your veterinarian — supportive bedding is one part of what vets routinely recommend for joint stiffness, not a substitute for care.
Should I stop giving him his joint supplement?
That is a conversation for your veterinarian, not for us. Nothing about this bed replaces anything your vet has recommended.
How long does shipping take, and why does it arrive flat?
Shipping within the US is free with no minimum. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and you get a tracking link by text.
The bed ships vacuum-compressed — the only sane way to move seven inches of foam across the country. Unroll it and give it 24 to 48 hours to reach full height. It will look thin at first; dense foam takes its time expanding, which is the same property that stops it collapsing later.
What if he just will not use it?
You get 30 nights. If he will not sleep on it, email us for a full refund — and you do not need to ship it back. Donate it to a local shelter or rescue, send us the receipt, and we refund you from there. A dog who needs a good bed gets one, and nothing ends up in a landfill.
